Will the current state of the pandemic affect shipping?

Delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow 4 to 6 week for all packages to be delivered. To ensure a quicker process, do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools.)

What is the return policy?

Be sure to include your order number, shipping confirmation information, and a brief description of the issue you've encountered. Only unopened/undamaged items can be returned within 14 consecutive days after the delivery date.
